New travel experience
SEAT SELECTION, ANYTIME: Passengers can enjoy their flight even more by choosing their favorite seat from the moment of booking, whether they fly Economy or Business Class.
Ticket office & Check-in: All our airport services are available, altered to comply with the new conditions revealed by the pandemic. in order to reduce physical contact, we have introduced new procedures. Passengers are requested to wear a face mask inside all airport areas.
Lounges: We follow all necessary precaution measures so to welcome passengers and offer a safe and relaxed experience before flight. Our food and beverage offering has also been adapted according to the guidelines of the health authorities.
Boarding and disembarkation: In order to avoid congestion, the processes have also been adjusted to new regulations that passengers should follow.
Inflight Service: To ensure passenger’s safety and reduce contact, we have temporarily changed our food and beverage offering during flight. We currently offer individual water bottles, prepacked snacks and antiseptic wipes.
AEGEAN Stream: AEGEAN has launched an inflight entertainment system. Access to AEGEAN Stream is available through passenger’s own device (smartphone or tablet) in just a few easy steps. The passenger can read newspapers and magazines in five languages, listen to music, play games, enjoy video content for kids and families and look for travel tips with AEGEAN.
New clean standard
At AEGEAN we are committed to making you feel reassured and confident about your wellbeing when you fly with us. We have introduced extra cleaning procedures at the airport and have adapted specific aircraft interior cleaning processes for both regular and periodic cleaning and disinfection. Our cabin crew are trained with the latest hygiene protocols to ensure a safe experience for both the passengers and themselves. Additionally, throughout the flight, the air in Airbus cabins is cleaned with advanced HEPA air filters which capture more than 99% of microscopic bacteria and viruses. As an extra level of protection, we perform Covid-19 tests on all our active crew members every 15 days.
